Baked camembert and blackberry jam

1 whole camembert cheese
2 teaspoon of Garden Tales blackberry jam
a few fresh blackberries
a few twigs of red currant
Fresh mint leaves
Bread sticks and crackers for dipping

Let’s get started!

Heat oven to 180C

Unwrap camembert from any plastic packaging, then place back into its box. Make a few small cuts with a knife on top of the cheese.

Bake on a baking tray for about 15-20 minutes until gooey. Once the camembert is ready, use a spatula and gently move the cheese to a plate.

Top the camembert with Garden Tales blackberry jam, then sour with fruits like blackberries and red currant (sour fruits will balance the sweetness of the jam)

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with bread sticks and crackers.
