Today, we’re sharing a mouthwatering honey-infused cake recipe to elevate your dessert game to the highest scores! For this recipe, we used our organic oak honey, collected in the oak forests of Evros, rich in antioxidants!

Ingredients:

4 eggs

200g caster sugar

100 g Garden Tales Oak Honey

Zest of 2 clementines and 1 lemon

150ml plain greek yogurt

150 ml light olive il

1 tsp baking powder

300 g self-raising flour

Let’s get started!

In a bowl mix eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add honey, yogut, olive oil and zest and mix.

Then add flour and baking powder and mix gently.

Pour the batter into a bundt cake tin and place it in the preheated oven at 180ºC and bake until cooked.

Serve it with icing sugar and clementines on top if desired.
