Ingredients:
120g of butter, chilled and diced
2 1/2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
150g of flour
40g powdered custard


Fill them with:
1 jar of Garden Τales strawberry jam


Let’s get started!


Quickly chop all ingredients with a knife and knead briefly; it can also be mixed in a food processor.

Shape into a ball, flatten, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Form the dough into smaller pieces like the shape of a walnut and place them on a baking tray. Do not forget to use baking paper.

Flatten the cookies with a fork and refrigerate again for 1 hour.

Bake for 12 – 15 minutes at 180ºC (using hot air circulation) or until the edges are golden. Leave them to rest for about 15 minutes.

Spread Garden Tales strawberry jam on half of the cookies and cover them with the remaining cups.
