Package Preparation and Shipping
The processing of your orders is done from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) within 2 to 3 working days after receipt of payment.
An email confirming your order and your payment will inform you that your order has been taken into account.
Particular attention is paid to the packaging of our jars. The package is secured with transparent tape, in addition a “Fragile” note is specified and clearly visible so that the same care is taken during delivery by the carrier.
Finally a coupon with the terms of receipt is attached to the package.
A confirmation email will inform you of the shipment of your order. Garden Tales has selected delivery methods and carriers to best meet your expectations.
A tracking number will be communicated to you once your order has been delivered to the carrier, so you can track it directly on the carriers website.

IN GREECE

The shipment will be handled by Speedex Courier Services. Delivery rate will be available to you upon check out.

INTERNATIONALLY

In Europe, Garden Tales delivers to the following countries grouped according to these 3 zones:
Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
Zone 2: Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Sweden
Zone 3: Bulgaria, Cyprus (excluding outside the area under Turkish authority), Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland

Possible import or customs duties for countries outside the European Union, are the responsibility of the recipient.
